New exercise class starting!

Dear all. Just heard about a new exercise class starting in the ongar community centre. It's a chi kung class, apparently good for the mind and the body! will improve your fitness and balance you, internally and externally. It's similiar to tai chi.
Check it out and let us know what you think! I've done some chi kung before so it's great to see this being done around here.
