Heater in Bathroom blows cold air instead of hot

Hi All,

Anyone had this issue in Cedarbrook with the heater in the bathroom blowing out cold air instead of hot air ? I know it's probably a guzzler on electricity but sometimes nice to step out of the shower into a bit of heat.

Just to clarify I'm talking about the one mounted on the wall where you pull the string to start it, It's a dimplex model. Also I have verified that the power switch for this unit is switched on!

Any ideas appreciated. I did check the trip switches and all appear ok.
