Very frustrating in the Clayton Block being woken up early Saturday morning by people insisting on bringing their cars on to the development!! Can you give us all a break, really should be no need to drive onto the development unless you are moving in or out. Bring back the clampers!

Totally agree. Apart from anything else it is dangerous. Some people treat the area as a public highway. Under no circumstances should any cars be in this area.

Still far too much traffic on the development, firstly it's not a motor way, there are children at play most evenings so please slow down! not to mention the noise, cars parking outside people's apartments & backing into people's windows, Management Company can you do something about this please!

Niall Manley in RFPM is the contact for the Gasworks. Direct the issue to him and suggest he communicates this with residents or bring it up at the AGM, usually held in September

Yes I have contacted him and they bring the clampers back for a while. Cars are driving too fast at the back of Clayton block, the corner is blind someone could get hit. Trying to get them to put plants back to stop people walking on top of our windows falling on deaf ears. Runners, walkers there is no need to walk literally on top of our windows/balconies!!

If you live on the ground floor, that's understandably an issue however, fellow Residents have to live and move around the complex!!

While it goes without saying that drivers should be mindful of pedestrians, there are more reasons for bringing your car into the complex, than moving in or out. Life is rarely that simple.. for example if someone is carrying heavy bags / has mobility issues etc..

Yes I agree!some of us have been here since the mid 1990's through boom and bust and are still here because we love living here! These are our homes. It`s lovely to see children and parents bonding of all nationalities so please slow down and respect your neighbours.
On another note if you live here and need help getting to know Dublin just ask me am happy to help.
