93 so far. Will increase probably next month when the final block (Block A) is completed.

Geraldstown Woods is not part of the Woodford Developments complex and was build by Value Homes.

93 eh? I was close on that guess! Can you let me know the final no ta and I'll amend! I've seen the whole area change - I don't recognise either side of Santry Avenue anymore!

I'm nearly 99% sure that Geraldstown Woods is part of the overall whole Woodford Plan but set aside for the more affordable market for Dublin Airport workers. I've researched this quite a bit but if I'm wrong, I stand corrected and mea culpa and most definitely don't want to diss anyone.

As far as I can make out (I posted some of this to the Parklands google gp):

Northwood Demesne/park itself is owned by Woodford Developments.
Woodford is Bill Kilmurray, Derek Tughan and AWG (formally Morrison
Developments who are British based) and financed by the Bank of Scotland.
That's who we sign our contracts for our leasehold of 950 or so years with.

Hence why I previously said and meant by that they were our landlords.

However the owners of the land doesn't need to be the same developer/builder that built all the homes.
It was in the case of Temple Lawn & Gardens by Woodford & Morrison, and John Paul Construction.
But Temple Court, Lymewood Mews & Heywood Court are/were built by Lyndonbarry.
Parklands and the new one is built by P.Elliot. Once I know the name, I'll amend..
Geraldstown Woods built by Value Homes as you mentioned but it lies in the grouns of Northwood (formally called Santry Woods - name changed in the '90's I think when Woodford bought the land from either DCC/FCC/Dublin County Council (as it might have been then) and why I thought (or was under the impression) that it's part of the big plan - to provide mixed residential and business development in the one area.
Hazelwood - not sure who built it, but is defintely in the Northwood Demesne

JNP Architects are the architects for the grand master plan - btw they are the architects for quite a bit in the general area.

I did find some of these other links:

Santry Focus Area – Santry Demesne

Area A 32.81 ha Rezone from ‘E’ to ‘ST’
    Area B 2.6 ha Rezone from ‘E’ to ‘A’
    Area C 1.5 ha Rezone from ‘E’ to ‘A’
    Area D 0.5 ha Rezone from ‘E’ to ‘A’

Btw as far as I know the new P.Elliot one will be similar to TL, TG, TC and Pk's but also incorporating elements of Lymewood & Heywood (crescent in shape) to blend I presume.

I found an interesting map of over all area http://www.northwoodpark.ie/pdf/Nort...t_Brochure.pdf (pg 12)

Ah sure yer Northwood in my eyes and welcome to the club and our scheme of things - never mind the big master plan of theirs!

Yeah GW was set up for the Airport workers (though with all the many, many delays building the scheme, and the various redundancies in EI there aren't too many left).
Maybe we are part of the Woodford owned land so. I always assumed we were separate as we don't have an entrance into Northwood (much as we'd love one - it's very awkward getting onto Santry Ave at times, particularly with those never-ending roadworks at the moment), and when we moved in there was very little development behind us (that was just over 2 years ago, and other blocks here had been occupied at least 2 years prior to that). We're also not mentioned in any of the Northwood Park maps or stuff.

Still, glad to be included as part of Northwood!

Actually looking at the building here yesterday - I think there are maybe 97 units so far. Must go count properly later.

    Hi
Fingal Co Co own the public park, and TCD own land too(playing pitches and Book Repository). TCD may be looking to rezone, develop and move. As an aside,I actually think this is a bad move for TCD, playing pitches are quite far from main campus as it is, and I can't see where they can get land as near cheaper.
