Management fees were 1150 euro for 1 bed with one parking space. Dont know who the management company is as fee was paid as part of closing. Undoutably this fee will rise in year 2:(

Hi Toshie B Yes finally closed a week ago. Forgot to post update. Been busy. From speaking with the site forman, there should be very little snagging on future apts as Lalco are snagging apts themselves . I snagged apt myself and would recommend it rather than paying somebody to do it...

Hi Toshie B, got call from Lalco today about closing, saying they were ready to close. So i assume it should be completed this week. I will post when i finally have the keys.

If I remember correctly, there was never any indication of how big the apts would be( other than the usual "large"). Even on signing of contracts, the floor area was not listed. I also checked the planning dept and could not find the size of each apt, only the size of the block was indicated...

Hi There is a side gate to the left of the row of houses. It is beside the goods entrance to the hotel. I dont know about the car park but i wont be signing for anything unless i have my parking spot.
