Unfortunately Magnet have exclusive rights to the digital tv and broadband for The Grange. We have tried every avenue to get a different provider but it is not possible. Their broadband is excellent but digital tv and customer service is extremely poor in comparison to the other providers. They are also relatively expensive.
I spoke with NTL and they told me that if enough residents got together and wrote to the management company requesting that another provider could be used, the management company have to change it! They said it has worked in other developments in the past??
