I notice that a number of us are suffering from a nasty fungal infection, growing on the wooden framed screens that divide the shared balconies.
The wooden frame of the screen on my balcony looks like its about to fall apart!
Has anyone else noticed this and if so, are the management or developer aware of the problem?
