Hi,

I am currently writing my thesis at the minute and I've based it on the issues surrounding the management of apartment developments.

I was wondering if anyone would like to share their views on any issues that they have encountered with the management agent in relation to the maintenance of the development, the level of service charges and sinking funds etc.
