Hi all,

meself and the missus have thought its about time we bit the bullet and get a car.

we both are ppl of a nervous disposition. i had a crash when i was 20 and haent drivien in ten years or so. i was only learner at that time too.

can some1 recommend a good local instructor school? im probably looking at doing an intensive course ie 10 lessons close enough to each other.
my wife will prolly do something similar.

any recommendations would be appreciated

I went with Irish school of Motoriing in Rathmines. They probably have a branch locally tho.
Try www.ism.ie

A bit more expensive than other schools but reputation is great and I really like them. Good cars, friendly drivers, flexible times etc.

I can highly recommend Jordan School of Motoring based in Leixlip. Aidan is a good guy and is ideal for the more nervous learner. Really makes you feel settled.

Funny that. 2 posts, about the same thing. Is your name Ian perhaps?
