The Next Phase Launch Date

Hello, does anyone know when the next phase of units will be released for sale? I missed the last one and I desperatly want to get one the next time.:sad:

I know that Gunnes are taking deposits for Phase 2 of Adamstown Castle, but I'm not sure what type of units this includes. Next area to be developed is Airlie Stud, the developers are Maplewood Homes. I called them and they are starting building about now and expecting to sell approx Dec06. Hi Craig and welcome to the forum,

I have heard 3rd party only that there will be a launch in September 06 butg I cannot say for sure. I think rmc phoned Sherry Fitzgearald and was told it will be December 06.
