We held our first club cycling indoor Turbo training session on Tuesday evening - December 16th @ 7.30pm. It will continue every Tuesday until March - it takes place in the hall of St. John the Evangelist National School in Adamstown.

The session will last for an hour, and there are toilet and shower facilities available.

I'd be very interested in these turbo sessions as I'm just back into training for the winter a few weeks ago and I live just around the corner from that school!
