Seal Broken On Window

I have a problem with our window in living room. The seal has broken and the window has all steamed up because of this. Does anyone know if management fee's cover this or is it something I will have to get done myself?

I say go back to castlethorn, who should then go back to the subcontractor/manufacturer ...

I have a problem with my bedroom window it has a crack in it, no idea how its happened - looks like it in the inner glass, not sure if I should contact Castlethorn?

Contact Jill in Castlethorn. I spoke to her and she had a builder come out that day to look at the window. he ordered a new window and is going to have it installed next week.
